You will need to make sure you have the EPP code/secret code from the current domain owner or provider.

You will need to provide the code to us, for us to initiate the transfer. 

Once we initiate the transfer, the domain admin listed will receive an email from the current registrar and he/she will need to approve the transfer.

Once that is done, the process of transfer will proceed. You will need to inform us that it has already been approved. You will need to login via our domain portal to see thw progress.

* We do not have a way to transfer a domain to us,  if you do not have the EPP code and also if the current domain owner/admin does not approve the transfer.
